BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

This is a great go-to recipe whenever you need a fast dish to bring to a party or a quick appetizer.  It is also great as a late-night snack with chips and beer!   

2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
¾ cup red hot sauce (like Tabasco)
(2) 8 ounce packages of low fat cream cheese
1 cup blue cheese dressing (about ½ the bottle)
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Chips or crackers for scooping and dipping

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put chicken in the bottom of a baking dish; pour hot sauce over the chicken to coat it.  Spread it to cover the bottom of the dish.
  3.  Mix cream cheese and dressing together until creamy and layer on top of the chicken.
  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Add shredded cheese on top of chicken and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  6. Serve with chips, bread, or crackers.
