CHRISTMAS FRUIT CAKE
(Serves Lots)

2 ½ cups unsifted flour
2 slight beaten eggs
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 28 ounce jar mincement
2 cups mixed candied fruit

1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a tube or bundt pan.

2.    Stir together flour and baking soda, set aside

3.    In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients.

4.    Bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out dry.

5.    Cook 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
