PINEAPPLE ANGEL LUSH -- (Serves 10)

 

A weight watchers delight!  Only 3 points per serving.

 

1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla sugar free instant pudding
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup thawed lite Cool Whip
1 (10 ounce) prepared round angel food cake
10 small strawberries

 

  1. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in medium bowl.
  2. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers
  4. Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate.  Spread 1-1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto cake layer; cover with middle cake layer.
  5. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto the middle cake layer; top with remaining cake layer.
  6. Spread top with remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.  Store in refrigerator.
